2. What we collect
The Google application form collects your name, mobile number, email address and town or area. It asks about whether you apply individually or as a team, travel areas, cleaning experience and work types, preferred work and availability, transport, equipment and supplies, usual rates, current working basis, public-liability-insurance position, possible references, start timing and anything else you choose to add. Google may also process browser, device and network information needed to provide and secure the form.
Do not provide criminal-offence information, health information, identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information unless we later ask for it through an appropriate process and explain why it is needed.
The form inspected on 13 October 2026 did not request file uploads, identity documents, DBS information or bank details. If the application process changes materially, this notice will be updated to reflect the information requested and how it is used.
3. Why we use it
We use application information to review suitability, coverage and availability; communicate with applicants; decide whether to discuss a potential independent-partner relationship; keep a proportionate record of the decision; and establish or defend legal claims.
We generally rely on our legitimate interests in finding and assessing potential cleaning partners and, where discussions progress, taking steps at your request before entering a contract. A legal obligation may apply to particular records or checks if a relationship progresses. Applying does not guarantee review within a set time, acceptance, employment, a subcontract or work.
4. Google Forms and access
The application form is provided by Google and is loaded only after you choose to load it or open it directly. Google stores the response for THE MOPSTERS LTD and may use cookies or similar technology to deliver and protect the form.
Applications should be accessible only to people within THE MOPSTERS LTD who need to review or administer them and to relevant service providers. We may share information with professional advisers or authorities where lawful and necessary. We do not sell applicant information or provide it to customers merely because an application was submitted.
5. International processing and security
Google and its subprocessors may process information outside the UK. Any restricted transfer must be covered by an applicable UK adequacy regulation, approved safeguard or other lawful mechanism. Access to responses must be restricted through the configured Google account and appropriate account security.
6. Retention
The current form states that, if an applicant is not onboarded, application details may be kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. If a working relationship begins, relevant records may be kept during the relationship and afterwards according to the legal, tax, contractual, safety and dispute purpose of each record.
This is not a claim that Google deletes responses automatically. THE MOPSTERS LTD is responsible for reviewing and removing responses from the business account when they are no longer required, subject to any legal need to retain a particular record.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights are not absolute. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
