ACTIVE SITE and the contact form help you describe a cleaning requirement. Submitting either creates an enquiry only. It does not confirm a booking, price, service scope, territory coverage, start date, staff allocation or availability.
A booking exists only when The Mopsters has reviewed the requirement and both parties have expressly agreed the service, scope, price, timing and any applicable service terms.
A cleaner application is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee acceptance into the network, an employment relationship, a contract, or any offer of work.
3. Information you provide
You should provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and update material changes before any service is agreed. Do not submit access codes, key locations, payment card details, special-category personal data or other information that is not needed at the enquiry stage.
4. Website availability and content
We may correct, suspend or change the website and its content. Service descriptions and territory information are general starting points; they are not guarantees that a particular service is suitable or available at a specific location or time.
